You can choose one of the following experiences:

• ○ Star Challenge
• This challenge combines orientation activities on land (walking) and water (canoeing). It begins and takes place in the Portinho da Arrábida bay and Creiro Beach. It includes orientation activities where teams start from a central point and complete several routes and/or tasks back and forth, along a defined star-shaped course, navigating through trails, islets, and coves, using maps, compasses, or strategic clues. Participants strengthen communication, cooperation, and leadership, developing strategy and resilience, while each challenge promotes team cohesion and creates unique memories in contact with nature.

• ○ Coasteering with Challenges
• Coasteering consists of exploring the intertidal coastal area (between tides) by water. Along the coastal route, teams face various challenges, riddles, and games, cross rocky areas, explore caves, perform fun jumps into the water, and easy climbing, while trust-based activities reinforce team spirit. Adapted to all fitness levels, the experience is fully safe, accompanied by certified instructors and supported by the Wind speedboat. More than an adventure, it promotes cooperation and personal and collective development, creating unforgettable memories.
