The WIND instructors are certified by the most prestigious training organisations in the world and will share their knowledge of the region, traditions, culture, natural landscape and marine life.

After a speedboat trip from Tróia to Portinho da Arrábida, you will enjoy an unforgettable day, choosing from one of the following experiences: 

• ○ Coasteering: Progressing along a coastline where jumping dives into the sea are part of the activity.  Participants will have to move through rocky and aquatic environments using various techniques, such as climbing  (no technical skills required, easy), swimming and jumping into the water;

• ○ Scuba dive: Starts with a safety briefing and equipment presentation, followed by an adaptation session to the aquatic environment and breathing underwater. Then, you will enjoy a guided dive to discover the endemic fauna of this marine sanctuary.

• ○ Via Ferrata: This is a mountain adventure where you will move through spectacular landscapes using a permanent safety system (steel steps and cables) installed on the rocks.
