You can choose one of the following experiences:

• ○ Canoeing with a Stand Up Paddle (SUP) Experience
• After a safety briefing, we’ll set off on our canoeing route. At one of our stops, you can enjoy a swim in one of the iconic bays and take part in a stand up paddle lesson. We then continue the kayaking circuit along a unique coastal route between Portinho da Arrábida and Alpertuche Beach, featuring hidden caves and crystal-clear waters.

• ○ Boat Tour with a Soft Coasteering Experience
• After a safety briefing, an exciting boat tour awaits along the beaches, where you’ll have the opportunity to swim. At one of the stops, you’ll experience the highlight of the day: Soft Coasteering, with aquatic exploration of sea caves and natural labyrinths, as well as fun cliff jumps into the water. In some of the world’s most beautiful bays, you’ll enjoy unique and unforgettable moments in close contact with nature.
